Girl, 14, found safe and well after going missing from home in Glenwood, Queensland

A 14-year-old girl who was reported missing from a home in Glenwood, north of Gympie in Queensland has been located safe and well at a Gympie address.

Police said last night they believed the teenager may be travelling on foot south to Gympie or north towards Maryborough, after she went missing from an Arbour Road residence around 7pm.

Police have thanked the media and public for their assistance.
