Qld woman missing for more than two weeks

Police are searching for a woman who vanished west of Brisbane more than a fortnight ago.

Barbara Troughton, 62, was last seen at a home in the Toowoomba suburb of Newtown on January 27, and police say her disappearance is out of character.

Officers have released a photo of an unnamed woman, who may have information about Mrs Troughton's whereabouts. They've appealed for her to come forward.
