Qld tobacco boss reportedly targeted

Colourful Gold Coast businessman Travers Beynon, the self-styled "CandyMan", has reportedly been the target of thieves who stole from his tobacco company's warehouse.

Police say the Coomera warehouse was broken into over the weekend after the offenders entered through the roof, before stealing a "significant amount of tobacco products".

Benyon is the owner of tobacco retailer Free Choice and is known for his flamboyant lifestyle.
