Qld shooting victim dies in hospital

A 22-year-old man driven to hospital in the back of a ute after he was shot in the head in rural Queensland has died.
Police on Saturday say he died overnight in Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, where he was transferred after being dropped at Gympie Hospital on Thursday night.
A crime scene has been set up at a property on Frayne Road in Amamoor, south of Gympie.

The death follows the stabbing death of a boy in Redcliffe and fatal shooting in Lockyer Waters on Friday night.
Police are investigating all three deaths.
