Qld security guard underpaid $7632
AAP
A security company is facing court action after allegedly underpaying a Gold Coast worker $7632 in 10 weeks.
Security International Services is accused of paying the security guard less than his minimum hourly rate and penalty rates and contravening pay-slip laws between November 2013 and February 2014.
Fair Work Ombudsman Natalie James says the underpayment has now been rectified, but litigation will proceed given the significant amount of alleged underpayment over such a short period of time.
