Qld robber runs after balaclava pulled off

A Queensland fast food shop owner has fought off a would-be robber by pulling off his balaclava.

Police say the intruder entered the store at Slacks Creek, south of Brisbane, around 6.40pm on Thursday and grabbed the 60-year-old store owner in a headlock.

A scuffle ensued and the owner was punched and wrestled to the ground before pulling off the man's balaclava, causing him to run off.
