Qld Rail reform will take a while: Trad
AAP
New Queensland Transport Minister Jackie Trad has admitted it will take a long time to "fix the trains" as state parliament resumes for the year.
Queensland Rail is in a rebuilding phase after rostering bungles led to commuter chaos late last year, and Ms Trad reiterated the Labor government's pledge to implement all 36 recommendations from the Strachan report.
"Yes, it will take time, and it will be difficult, but we will do it," Ms Trad told parliament.
