Qld premier convenes business council

Queensland's premier has convened the first meeting of her new business advisory council.

Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk appointed the group to advise her three to four times a year on the economy, productivity and boosting employment.

The council includes leading representatives from the manufacturing, accounting, building, technology, mining and media sectors.
