Qld police officer's suspension revoked
AAP
A Queensland police sergeant accused of using excessive force has returned to duties, while another officer has been suspended for allegedly providing false and misleading information.
The 52-year-old sergeant was stood down in September last year and while criminal proceedings have been finalised he could still face disciplinary action, Queensland Police say.
In a separate case, a 46-year-old South Eastern Region sergeant has been suspended while claims he gave false and misleading information are investigated.
