Qld paraglider pilot could face charges
AAP
A motorised paraglider pilot who crashed into a tree near a crowded Mackay pub last July could face criminal charges.
Following a lengthy investigation, Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) has prepared a report for the Commonwealth Department of Public Prosecution, who will decide whether to press charges.
No one was injured in the accident, which was captured on amateur video by screaming onlookers.
