Qld pair face 69 drug, property charges

A man and woman are facing dozens of property and drug related charges after police uncovered a stolen car, cannabis and house-breaking tools during a raid on the Gold Coast.
Officers also allegedly found a number of other stolen items, including machinery and tools, during the search of the property at Merrimac on Wednesday.
The 49-year-old man and 47-year-old woman have been charged with a total of 69 offences, and remanded in custody to appear in court on July 23.
