Qld officer suspended over harassment

A Queensland police officer has been suspended after being accused of alleged harassment and accessing confidential information.

Police did not provide any other information about the allegations against the 29-year-old male officer or whether the accusations would be tested in court.

"In keeping with our commitment to high standards of behaviour, transparency and accountability, we have undertaken to inform the public when an officer faces serious allegations of misconduct," a police spokesperson said in a statement.
