Qld man hurls shake, cops find his drugs

If you're going to throw a milkshake at police from the front seat of your car, make sure you don't have drugs on you.

Chaney Swyn, 30, found out the hard way after lobbing the dairy drink at an oncoming police car in the city's CBD late Thursday morning.

The pegged milkshake prompted a search of his car, with officers allegedly finding the drug ice and syringes.

Swyn faced two drug-related charged at Cairns Magistrates Court on Friday, with the case adjourned until May 13.
