Qld man found in home with stab wound

A Queensland man is fighting for his life after being found with critical injuries in his apartment.

Police say officers found the 53-year-old man in his Bundaberg home about 3am on Sunday after a public tip-off.

He was airlifted to Brisbane to be treated for serious head injuries and a stab wound to the thigh.

The man was in a critical condition on Sunday afternoon and investigations are continuing.
