Qld man faces decade-old child sex charges

Police have charged a man with sexually abusing two girls more than a decade ago.
The 51-year-old man from Twin Waters on the Sunshine Coast will appear in the Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Wednesday on charges including rape and indecent treatment of a child.
It will be alleged he assaulted the girls, who were then aged between 10 and 14, at Deception Bay between 1998 and 2009.
