Qld man charged after flashing kids

A 68-year-old Queensland man has allegedly flashed three school-aged boys and asked them to follow him.

The man allegedly exposed himself to the boys, aged between 9 and 13, as they were walking along a path in Edmonton, south of Cairns, around 4.30pm on Wednesday and then tried to entice the trio to go with him.

The man is facing charges of indecent treatment of a child under 16 and attempted indecent treatment of a child under 16 and is due to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court on September 23.
