Qld housefire victim was man living alone

The victim of a Brisbane house fire was a man his 50s who lived alone.

Neighbours reportedly heard explosions when the home on Borden Street at Sherwood went up in flames on Tuesday afternoon.

Police say the victim was an older man and the fire isn't considered suspicious at this stage.
