Qld govt hiding economic outlook: oppn

Queensland's opposition has accused the government of trying to sneak through figures on the state's economic outlook.

Deputy Opposition Leader John-Paul Langbroek says Treasurer Curtis Pitt has suspiciously chosen to release the Mid-Year Economic and Financial Outlook on Tuesday, the same day as the federal government.

"Queenslanders will see that Curtis Pitt is trying to sneak under the radar by making sure that he does his statement ... at the same time," he said.
