Qld govt dodges questions on super mandate
AAP
Queensland's treasurer has repeatedly sidestepped opposition questions about when he sought a mandate to pause the government's super contributions.
Treasurer Curtis Pitt responded to Liberal National Party questions about the budget measure, which was not taken to the January election, by promising Labor would never change public servants' superannuation and long service entitlements.
"We will ensure that our long-term liabilities are fully funded, remain fully funded, on the basis of actuarial advice," he said in Question Time on Wednesday.
