Qld extortion charge for Victorian woman

A Victorian woman will be extradited to Brisbane on an extortion charge after being arrested in Melbourne.
The 37-year-old was arrested by Victoria Police detectives in Footscray on Wednesday after Queensland's Crime and Corruption Commission issued a warrant for her arrest.
The woman appeared in Melbourne Magistrates Court on Wednesday and was remanded in custody to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Thursday.
