Qld driver study to look at road rage

The traffic might be fake and the hooligan cutting them off mightn't actually exist, but the frustration and rage a group of Queensland drivers feel will be real.

The RACQ and University of Sunshine Coast are calling for drivers aged 17-90 to participate in driving simulations to study road rage at the university's Sippy Downs campus from next week.

"We want to know more about the pressures drivers feel while on the road and how that can impact the way they drive, both in the short-term and long-term," RACQ Senior Road Safety Advisor Joel Tucker said.
