Qld driver dies after crashing into wall

A 91-year-old driver has died after crashing his car into a wall on the Gold Coast.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the incident, which occurred about 12.20pm on Tuesday at Burleigh Heads.

The elderly man was the sole occupant and was declared dead at the scene.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
