Qld cop suspended over excessive force

A Queensland police officer being investigated for using excessive force has been suspended from duty.

The investigation relates to four separate occasions between September 2014 and January 2015.

The 29-year-old male officer is a senior constable in the state's southeast.

The suspension does not mean he has been found to have done anything wrong, police say.
