Qld child dies after Cairns crash

A three-year-old Queensland boy has died after being injured in a car accident in the state's far north.
The boy was hit by a car in Manunda, Cairns, on Thursday evening and was taken to the Cairns Base Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
He died on Monday.
