A Queensland police prosecutor is expected to face a Brisbane court over allegations he illegally accessed a restricted computer.
The 31-year-old sergeant was this month suspended from official duty after he was charged by the Crime and Corruption Commission with hacking and misconduct offences.
He is due to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday.
