Police hunting syringe bandit in Ipswich

A man armed with a syringe has stolen cash from an Ipswich sandwich shop.
Police say the robbery happened at Redbank Plaza on Thursday afternoon.
They say the man earlier tried to rob a cosmetics store but left empty handed.

No one was physically injured in the two incidents.
