Wanted man charged after dramatic police chase through Brisbane
A man wanted over several weapon and criminal offences has been charged after a dramatic police chase across the streets of south-east Queensland.
Officers spotted an alleged stolen motorcycle on Kingston Road at Springwood in Logan, near Brisbane, about 6.50pm on Saturday.
The police helicopter followed the bike on its alleged three-hour joyride through four different suburbs before it stopped on Crompton Road at Woodridge.

The man then allegedly approached two people in a parked car and threatened them with a knife and demanded their vehicle about 10.30pm.
He allegedly drove off in the car, with police still pursuing not far behind.
After almost an hour of evading police, officers used a tyre deflation device and punctured all four wheels near the Old Gympie Road exit in Narangba.
Police helicopter vision captured the moment the car stopped and police surrounded the vehicle and arrested the man.

The 30-year-old from Eagleby was charged with armed unlawful entry of a vehicle, three counts of unlawful use of motor vehicle and one count each of dangerous driving, stealing and driving whilst disqualified.
He was also charged with assault occasioning bodily harm (domestic violence offence) regarding an unrelated matter.
The man is expected to appear before court tomorrow.
