Pedestrian killed on the Gold Coast

A man has died after being hit by a car while crossing a road on the Gold Coast.
The man in his 20s was struck on Oxley Drive at Biggera Waters about 7.15pm on Wednesday and died at the scene.
Police are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
