Pedestrian hit by school bus on Gold Coast

A man has been hit by a school bus on the Gold Coast.

The pedestrian, aged in his 20s, was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital with head injuries after being struck on Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise about 7.30am on Wednesday.

There were about 14 students on board the bus and none were injured, police said.
