Passenger killed in Cannonvale crash

A passenger has died after the car he was travelling in left the road and crashed in Cannonvale, in Queensland's Whitsunday region.
The 42-year-old was rushed to Proserpine Hospital following the crash on Saturday afternoon but couldn't be saved.
The 46-year-old male driver sustained minor injuries.
