Man suffers life-threatening injuries after falling from car while riding bonnet

A man has been rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after he was hurt while riding on the hood of a car on the Gold Coast yesterday.

Police believe the man fell from a white Nissan Navara, which was travelling on Zoeller Road in Parkwood about 4pm.

The 20-year-old man is thought to have been riding on the bonnet of the car at the time.

The 18-year-old driver is speaking with police.

Forensic Crash Unit investigators are appealing to witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam or CCTV to come forward.
