North Qld drug raids result in 25 arrests

Cannabis, weapons and cash have been seized in a series of drug raids across north Queensland, leading to 25 people being charged.

Those charged are facing a total of 157 drug offences, with most relating to the supply of cannabis.

Properties across Ayr, Home Hill and Townsville were raided during the six-week operation and most of those charged will face the Ayr Magistrates Court at a later date.
