Naked "cowboy" fined for Cairns exposure

A man who walked through the Cairns CBD wearing nothing but a cowboy hat and thongs has been fined $450.
Brett Francis Mossman, 25, told police he'd lost a bet on the football before he was charged with one count of wilful exposure on October 11.
The NSW man pleaded guilty in an email read out in the Cairns Magistrate Court on Wednesday.
