Man charged over Cairns stabbing death

A man has been charged with murder over a fatal stabbing in Cairns.
Police allege the 27-year-old stabbed another man in the chest during a fight at a Parramatta Park home on Saturday night.
The 39-year-old victim died at the scene.

The man will face the murder charge in the Cairns Magistrates Court on Monday.
