Motorcyclist in hospital after Qld crash

A man is in critical condition after he was thrown from his motorcycle in the Gold Coast.
The 41-year-old lost control of the motorcycle at an intersection in Pimpama, hitting a post before being thrown from the bike about 3.20pm on Sunday.
He was transported to Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition.
