Hunt continues for missing Qld schoolgirl

A Queensland schoolgirl missing for a week may be travelling with an older man.

Police say the 15-year-old, who has not been named, was last seen outside her school at Ipswich, west of Brisbane, on November 2.

She has been in touch with family members but officers want to find her and the man she's believed to be with.

He is described as Caucasian in appearance, tall with a slim build, and a large, light-coloured beard.

The girl, who is described as Caucasian with an olive complexion, slim build, long brown hair and brown eyes, was last seen wearing a royal blue and gold school uniform.

But police say she had a backpack with her and may have changed into normal clothes.
