Missing Queensland fisherman found dead

Police have located a body believed to be that of a fisherman reported missing in the Leichardt River, north of Burketown, on yesterday afternoon.

The 33-year-old man was reported missing after a boat carrying two men was found overturned around 11.30pm on Tuesday night.

A 32-year-old man, who was also on the boat, was found on Tuesday night and flown to Mount Isa Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
