Mine signals Qld resources return: Lynham

The reopening of a coal mine shows Queensland's resources industry is beginning to recover, the state's mines minister says.

Anthony Lynham on Wednesday attended the reopening of the Isaac Plains coal mine, near Moranbah, alongside Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk.

"We are seeing for the first time the green shoots of the resources sector re-booming," Dr Lynham said.
