Man stabbed in inner Brisbane: reports

A man has been stabbed in the abdomen and back in inner-city Brisbane.

Paramedics were called to a Spring Hill property just before 4.30pm on Friday and are now treating the man, believed to be in his 40s, who is conscious and breathing.

Police are also on the scene and investigating how the man suffered the wounds.
