Man's skull broken in Palm Island attack

A man has a fractured skull and cuts to his face after an attack on Palm Island, off Townsville.
Police who were called to a disturbance on Clump Point Road on Sunday night found the 40-year-old unconscious.
He was taken to Townsville Hospital while police searched for his attacker.
