Qld man killed in head-on truck crash

A man has died in a head-on crash with a truck on Queensland's Darling Downs.

The man's car and the truck collided on the New England Highway, near Clifton, south of Toowoomba, just after 6am on Monday.

The 30-year-old man was found dead in the wreckage of his car, while the truck driver, 50, escaped with minor injuries.
