Man falls three metres off rocks in Qld

A man has suffered spinal injuries after he fell three metres off rocks on an island on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.
The 40-year-old was walking on Pincushion Island, Twin Waters on Monday evening when he slipped, Queensland CareFlight Rescue says.
He was winched to a rescue helicopter and taken to Nambour General Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
