Man due in court over stabbing in Qld

A man is due to front court over a stabbing at a Queensland house.
The 26-year-old spent the night in custody after being charged over the knife attack on a man at Kingston, south of Brisbane, on Wednesday.
The alleged victim, 36, was admitted to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The 26-year-old is due to front Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Thursday charged with unlawful wounding.
