Man charged with murder in far north Qld

Queensland homicide detectives have charged a Cairns man with murder and interfering with a corpse.
The 32-year-old was charged on Wednesday night and is due to appear in Cairns Magistrates Court on Thursday.
Police haven't revealed any details about the alleged crime but Cairns Regional Crime Co-ordinator Detective Inspector Bruno Asnicar is due to address media later on Thursday.
