Man charged over Qld racecourse deaths

A man has been charged over the deaths of two construction workers at Brisbane's Eagle Farm Racecourse.
The workers were crushed to death when a concrete slab fell on them while they were in a pit in the track's infield on October 6.
A 58-year-old Merrimac man has been charged with two counts of manslaughter and is due to face court on Wednesday morning.
