Man charged over Brisbane siege

A man has been charged following a siege in Brisbane's east after allegedly threatening to harm himself.
Police say the 26-year-old surrendered peacefully around 2.45am on Wednesday after holing up at a home in Carina the night before.
He is due to face the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
