Man arrested in WA over 2006 Qld burglary

Queensland police want to extradite a man from Western Australia over a violent burglary almost a decade ago.
The 38-year-old was arrested in Bremer Bay on Friday, following information received through Operation Roam, targeting wanted criminals, and is expected to face court in WA next week.
Queensland Police plan to request his extradition over the 2006 incident at this hearing.
