Man, 65, suffers possible stingray sting

A man has been injured off a southern Gold Coast beach, possibly by a stingray.
Paramedics treated the 65-year-old man on the beach at Currumbin after he was stung either by a stingray or a stonefish.
He has been taken to John Flynn Private Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
