A Queensland man has been charged for allegedly accessing and sharing child exploitation material after an investigation by the state's corruption watchdog.

The home of the 28-year-old from Ipswich, west of Brisbane, was raided by officers from the Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) on Thursday morning.

They seized computers and storage devices that allegedly contained child exploitation material.

The CCC will allege he used two separate online accounts to share the material with other users.

The man will appear in the Ipswich Magistrates Court in October.

He has been charged with four counts of possessing child exploitation material and 10 charges relating to their transmission.
