Intruder flees after woman wakes screaming

A woman has woken up screaming after being assaulted by an intruder in her unit in far north Queensland.
The man broke into the Manunda, Cairns unit around 1am on Friday and started touching the 24-year-old woman while she was sleeping, police say.
Her screams caused the man, described as Pacific Islander in appearance, around 160cm tall with a stocky build, short black hair to flee say police.
